What is the role and unique contribution of educational psychologists working in child neuropsychological settings? The book also considers why neuro-based concepts are so appealing to educators and the general public and explores the most prevalent misconceptions and neuromyths in education. Overall, the book aims to provide a unified account of the complex relationship between the disciplines through the voice of educational psychologists themselves and challenges some of the misconceptions about child neuropsychology as a specialism. 

Emilia Misheva is a practitioner psychologist with a specialist interest in neuropsychology. She completed her doctoral training as a child and educational psychologist at the UCL Institute of Education, UK.
